Renown Railway Services are recruiting for an experienced Rail Welding Office Administrator, to work full time in our Tonypandy office.
This role is 40 hours per week working 8.00am - 4.30pm, with half an hour for lunch.
The ideal candidate will need to have good IT skills, be organised, have strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and have excellent time keeping. Previous experience in office administration is required. Experience of using all Microsoft packages is essential.
Duties will include but are not limited to: recording time sheets, passing on wages information, recording and monitoring of working hours, client forms, as well as ordering and controlling stock.
Due to the nature of the job, the right candidate must be local to area or at an easily commutable distance to the depot (Renown Rail South Wales, Ely Industrial Estate, Williamstown, Tonypandy, CF40 1RA)
Renown are looking for an experienced PTS track worker with Trackside Weed spraying experience & hold a current spraying ticket.
Driving licence is essential.

Renown have a full time position for a Rail Welding Resource Coordinator.
This position would suit someone with experience of working within the rail industry.
This job is Monday- Friday, a 40 hour week.
